This has been sitting in my inbox for the past few days but I’ve got to say it’s one of the hottest EPs I’ve heard in a while… Diggin’ all the tracks on here, perfect way to kick off Spring and the WMC! Carnivale has been getting big support from the heavy-hitters and is burning up the dancefloors! ~djElroy

Following the success of his debut on Leaders Of The New School, Filthy Rich returns with 3 juicy cuts of masquerading madness in the form of ‘Carnivale EP’. As one of the hottest up and coming DJ’s around at the moment with residency at Gatecrasher as well as a string of big releases already in the bag, Filthy Rich looks set to shake off the future hero tag and firmly establish himself as a true force in house music, especially if this EP is anything to go by!

The EP opens with the title track ‘Carnivale’ which is a frolic full of funky grooves, lively percussion and catchy vocal clips. Carefully crafted synth stabs propel this track into a festival of feel good vibes that works effectively on any dancefloor.

2nd track ‘Hold Me Tight’ fuses crisp beats and a throbbing bass with slightly haunting vocal chops. A huge, catchy vocal hook fires this track into a main room monster.

‘Deeper’ completes the EP in true carny style and is a tribute to Filthy’s diversity as sexy sax licks rip through some funky beats and cute vocal stabs that combine effortlessly to create a jacked-up floorfiller.

Yet another superb release from the accomplished Filthy Rich, full of energy and guaranteed to get the crowd rocking!
