Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend and took time out to remember all the sacrifices the brave men and women of this country have made so we can live in relative peace and freedom. Thank you!
This week I’ve got a few new tracks and a few older ones… And once again I’m all over in terms of sound. God, it must suck to be stuck in one genre!
1: R.Y.A.N.L. (Orig) _ Sander Kleinenberg (Little Mountain)
The newest from my man Sander K… Hypnotic electr0-house with some techy vibes, and addicting beat, and a hypnotizing vocal sample build into the folds.
2: Lucky Heather (Dubfire’s Lucky 13 RMX) _ Nic Fanciulli (Renaissance)
An interesting tech remix of this classic track… It builds and builds but could get a bit repetitive if you’re not careful in the mix. This one can fuck with the dancefloor.
3: High Intensity (Orig) _ Jay Lumen (Lost Language)
Only non-trance cut on the release, this is what used to be called progressive house. The structure might fit but by today’s standards the sound may be a bit of a stretch to make it “progressive” … Simple beats with a nice build.
4: The Secret (Orig) _ Joris Voorn (Cocoon Recordings)
The Secret is a hypnotic melodic tech track that will drill it’s way into the minds and souls of those on the dancefloor. Top stuff right here!
5: Juice (Orig) _ Paolo Mojo (OOSH Music)
An older cut from Mr Mojo, this one has some simple straightforward beats with an acid house groove and some trippy vocals. Perfect for those dark warehouse shows and the kids with dilated pupils.
