Those who’ve been following the NT story from the beginning should remember Scott’s original Deepenit EP [NT021], which was equal parts deep and tech house with DJ support from a wide variety of selectors including Marques Wyatt, H-Foundation, Terry Francis and Carl Cox to name a few.

On One Life and Mariposa Scott delves into deeper territory with two airy, relaxed, percussive tracks equally at home early in the session or late at night on discerning dancefloors.

Sandwiched in between is the title track Unfunky Drummer, a driving peak-time jam with loads of bass to spare that will get the masses moving.
